GameTap, an online game subscription service, recently added Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri and X-Com: UFO Defense to its game library. Some other strategy titles they have include Command & Conquer, Homeworld I and II, Heroes of Might and Magic I, II and III, and Empire Earth. GameTap subscription costs $6.95 a month.
Civilization IV: Warlords and CivCity: Rome are now available on the Steam digital distribution service. Warlords is $29.95 and CivCity is $39.95.
