Civilization IV: Beyond the Sword also got a pretty good review on 1UP, where the expansion received a 9.2 rating. The reviewer, Eric Neigher, thought Civ4 was "a strong game with some serious flaws" and that Beyond the Sword turns it into "a fantastic game with a couple of minor flaws".
