Civ4 Files Update for Mid-July

That explains the unusually high number of modpacks this month. Two non-modpack related items that I took note of: the release of the Unofficial Patch v1.0 for BTS 3.19, which is similar to previous versions for BTS 3.13 and 3.17, and updates to the Advanced Combat Odds mod component, which is great for people who love statistics.
