Civilization Fanatics Center has a general chatroom for the CFC community. To drop by and join the discussion, just click the "chat" link on the toolbar at the top of the page (make sure you have Java installed). If you already have an IRC client, you can connect to the server at irc.irc-chat.net and join #CivFanatics.
