The Civilization 5: Gold edition is now available in the Steam store.
The Gold edition incluces all DLC (besides the Wonders of the ancient World DLC Wonders of the ancient world has been added), as well as Gods & Kings, and can be bought for 39,99€/$.
Apparently Steam is currently the only shop offering the Gold version.
