The CivRev v1.20 patch came out for the PS3 in the US on August 1st, and it also came out in Europe today.
However, from the posts on the 2K Games forums, some people still experience multiplayer issues such as “Failed to join” or “Failed to host”. 2K Games is currently looking into the problems.
