Good news for Mac and Linux users! Thanks to the falling gas prices, CodeWeavers is giving away its CrossOver software for one day on Tuesday, October 28. CrossOver is a Windows-API enabler & WINE GUI that allows users to run Windows applications on Mac or Linux. Normally the software retails for over $40.
Anyone visiting the CodeWeavers’ web site on Tuesday will get a deal code that will entitle them to one free copy of CrossOver software.
This is great for Mac and Linux Civ fans who want to run Beyond the Sword or the new Colonization on their machines.
