NPD Group today released the list of the top 10 best selling PC games in the US for the week July 20 - July 26. Interestingly, Civilization IV, which was released in October 2005, is back on the list at #9:

I would say this is a good indication that CivRev is helping to bring more gamers to the Civilization series.
