This image reminded me a bit of the Warlords scenario “Barbarians!”. In it, you compete against the traditional AI as a band of nomadic barbarians, pillaging with your army. However, you can’t found or conquer any cities…and this screenshot helps explain what would happen if this weren’t the case!
